Birth Debriefing
Birth debriefing at MAMA offers a gentle, supportive space to understand and process your birth experience, including any feelings of grief, loss, or trauma. The way women birth matters, and distress can arise not only from what happened during birth, but also from how supported and heard you felt throughout pregnancy and postpartum.
Many parents choose birth debriefing to make sense of complex emotions, find clarity, and begin integrating their experience over time. These sessions with Anna are held with care, respect, and a deep understanding of the emotional weight birth can carry.

Chiropractic Care
Chiropractic care focuses on the musculoskeletal and nervous systems, supporting how the body moves, functions, and adapts. At MAMA, chiropractic care is offered by Jess, who is trained in pregnancy, postpartum, and paediatrics, allowing treatments to be gently tailored to parents, babies, and growing children.
Many families choose chiropractic care to support their baby after birth, particularly if there are concerns with feeding, head shape or preference, posture, settling, or sleep. Ongoing assessments can also be helpful as babies and children reach major milestones or after bumps and falls as they explore the world.

Internal Pelvic Release Work

This method combines gentle yet deliberate internal release techniques with external bodywork, recognising the interconnectedness of the body.
Our practitioner, Libby, provides expert care during this 2-hour session. By addressing both soft tissues and ligaments that support the bladder, bowel, and reproductive organs, IPRW aims to create space and comfort within the soft tissues of the pelvis.

Mums and Bubs Yoga
Mums and Bubs Yoga is an opportunity to come together with a like-minded community during a season that can feel both beautiful and isolating. For many mamas, carving out time purely for themselves can seem near impossible. An hour on the mat with your baby can do wonders for you.
These gentle, supportive sessions with our practitioner Julia-Rose offer space to tune back in to your body, breath and nervous system, while honouring the reality of caring for your baby. Movements are designed to support postnatal recovery, build strength and ease tension, with flexibility for feeding, settling or simply being close to Bubs.

Pregnancy Yoga
Pregnancy Yoga offers a supportive space to slow down, connect with your changing body, and prepare for birth with intention and confidence. As pregnancy progresses, it can be difficult to find moments of stillness amidst the physical, emotional and mental shifts. These sessions invite you to pause, breathe, and tune in to yourself and your baby.
Bonnie has thoughtfully designed these sessions to support strength, mobility and comfort throughout pregnancy, while also nurturing relaxation and nervous system regulation. Breathwork, gentle movement and guided rest help ease common pregnancy discomforts and build awareness that can be carried into labour and birth.

Meet our Practitioners
Providing support through pregnancy is a big passion of mine and I love sharing how acupuncture and Chinese Medicine can be supportive during this time.
Supporting someone through pregnancy, then checking their newborn, and continuing to care for them as they grow is truly special. Being part of families’ journeys at every age and stage is something I value deeply.
I have worked in the birth arena for over forty-five years, attending births, educating countless birthing women and their partners, also offering counselling and birth debriefing.
Treatment is not one-size-fits-all so I always take the time to learn where my patients are at to be able to provide individualised care.
Yoga has greatly supported me throughout my pregnancies and into motherhood, and this, along with my experience as a teacher, energises a particular passion for holding space and educating women.
Knowledge is power, and the more we know about our bodies (especially a part of our bodies that many have been taught to feel shame or embarrassment about) the more we can understand and use it to its full potential.
I am passionate about the natural healing properties of essential oils and the ability to tailor my massage treatments to the individual.
