Prenatal Yoga offers a supportive space to slow down, connect with your changing body, and prepare for birth with intention and confidence. As pregnancy progresses, it can be difficult to find moments of stillness amidst the physical, emotional and mental shifts. These sessions invite you to pause, breathe, and tune in to yourself and your baby.
Bonnie has thoughtfully designed these sessions to support strength, mobility and comfort throughout pregnancy, while also nurturing relaxation and nervous system regulation. Breathwork, gentle movement and guided rest help ease common pregnancy discomforts and build awareness that can be carried into labour and birth.
