Online VBAC Course

A supportive online workshop for parents choosing a vaginal birth after caesarean, designed to unpack myths, explore evidence, and create space for understanding and connection. Perfect for those with toddlers, this short online workshop often helps parents carve out time in their schedules.

A different kind of VBAC class

The MAMA VBAC Online Workshop is a welcoming, discussion-focused space for parents who are planning their VBAC.

Rather than a full birth preparation course, this workshop focuses on understanding VBAC, exploring the evidence, and gently unpacking fears, myths, and previous experiences — so you can move forward feeling informed and supported.

What this VBAC class is — and isn’t

This workshop is designed to help you explore VBAC, not to provide full birth preparation.

It is ideal if you are:

  • Seeking understanding and clarity

  • Wanting to unpack fears or previous experiences

  • Looking for balanced, evidence-based discussion

If you are hoping to prepare with practical labour tools and comprehensive birth education, we recommend pairing this workshop with our Classic Course.

If you are deciding between a repeat caesarean and VBAC and would benefit from personalised guidance, a 1:1 appointment with our midwifery team is the most supportive next step.

Who this VBAC course is for

This VBAC class is well suited to:

  • Parents who have had a previous caesarean section

  • Those choosing VBAC rather than a repeat caesarean

  • Families wanting evidence-based information, not pressure

This work is done well 1:1 with a midwife, so booking an appointment with our team would be the more suitable option.
