What's your name and role at MAMA?

I'm Ben, I'm a director and help in the back office.

What inspired you to work at MAMA?

Arguably my mother who birthed me and 4 siblings at home with a private midwife. I was 12 for my youngest sister's birth so could appreciate the wonderful role and contribution made.

What are you passionate about at MAMA?

Private midwifery can be genuinely life changing so MAMA has a privileged purpose. I want to amplify the positive impact and help the team empower more families.

What are your favourite things about your role?

Naturally, the people are warm and caring so it's a wonderful work environment. As a director, I have the privilege to dream big, make long-term plans and influence the future of MAMA.

Where would we find you outside of MAMA?

With my families (2 primary school children), on my bike, down at Lorne!
