Yes. The group workshop price of $175 includes your chosen support person, so they can learn alongside you and understand how to help once baby arrives.

The self-paced course ($90) is a set of videos with lifetime access you can watch in your own time. The group workshop ($175) is a live, 2.5-hour in-person session with a registered lactation consultant, with the chance to ask questions and practise hands-on.

No. Our education classes, including this workshop, are open to all expectant parents in Melbourne, regardless of who is providing your pregnancy care.

That's completely normal — breastfeeding is a learned skill and challenges are common. Our free weekly feeding drop-in group and 1:1 postnatal lactation consults are both available for real-time, personalised support.
