Who This Class is For

This workshop is built for expectant parents who want to walk into the early days of feeding with real knowledge and practical skills, not guesswork.

  • Pregnant and in your second or third trimester
  • Planning to breastfeed, combo-feed, or bottle-feed, and want to understand your options
  • First-time parents wanting a solid foundation before baby arrives
  • Experienced parents who had a tough feeding journey last time and want to feel more prepared
  • Keen to learn hands-on techniques like positioning, attachment and hand expressing
  • Wanting the confidence to know what's normal and when to ask for help

Small note: partners and support people are just as welcome as the person giving birth. Feeding goes better with two people who understand it.
