Our team of lactation consultants are all International Board-Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLC) & love sharing their expert knowledge with families. The goal of our care is to ensure that you feel supported and confident in feeding your baby, whichever way that may be.  

We care for parents holistically, meaning we can see you in pregnancy as you prepare and postpartum as you navigate in real time. Our team offer home, clinic and telehealth visits so we can meet you where you are at.

Pregnancy Appointment

A 1:1 antenatal lactation consult is ideal if you’re looking for guidance that goes beyond our general breastfeeding education workshop and speaks directly to your unique situation.

Postpartum Appointment

A 1:1 postpartum lactation consult is designed to boost your confidence, provide compassionate real-time guidance, and give practical support for you and your baby as you continue navigating your feeding journey. 

    • You want support with comfortable positioning and achieving a deep latch 

    • You’re looking to avoid nipple pain or need help managing pain or damage 

    • You want to increase milk supply or improve milk transfer 

    • You’re navigating oversupply or a fast milk flow 

    • You need support with engorgement or mastitis, including access to Ultrasound Therapy  

    • You’d like guidance with pumping or exclusive pumping, including a flange fitting 

    • You want help weaning off top-ups 

    • You’re making a plan to support your baby’s weight gain 

    • You’d like an oral assessment and information around tongue ties 

    • Your baby is refusing the breast or the bottle 

    • You’re working through digestive issues such as lactose overload, intolerances, or allergies 

    • You need support feeding a distracted baby 

    • You’re experiencing DMER, breast aversion, or depressive symptoms while breastfeeding

Our Free Feeding Drop-In is a relaxed, welcoming space for parents who may not need a 1:1 consult but still want support, practical guidance, and connection with other families on their feeding journey.

    • You want to connect with other parents and share experiences 

    • You’re seeking practical tips from a registered Lactation Consultant 

    • You’d like guidance on different feeding positions 

    • You want general tips with bottle feeding or pumping 

    • You’d like to weigh your baby or discuss growth patterns 

    • You’re looking for a supportive, non-judgmental space to ask questions 

    • You want flexible attendance – come for 10 minutes or the full hour 

    • Opportunity to share and connect with other parents in a relaxed circle 

    • Q&A with a registered IBCLC 

    • Guidance on feeding positions (laid-back, side-lying, koala hold, football, cradle) 

    • Experimentation with pillows for optimal support 

    • Weighing your baby
